How To Make Turkish Manti Recipe At Home

List of Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Eggs 1 tbsp
  • Beef minced 350g
  • Half cup of onion
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Parsley 1 tablespoon
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Chopped red pepper 2 teaspoons
  • 1 teaspoon of dried mint
  • 5 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Method of Making Recipe:

In a bowl add flour, eggs, salt and a little water and knead the soft dough. Now cut the dough into four equal portions and cut into squares. Then in a bowl add the beef, onion, pepper, chopped red pepper and parsley and mix well. Put butter in a pan and melt it add olive oil, dried mint and chopped red pepper and mix well and turn the stove off after 25 seconds.
