How To Make Scalloped Potato Roll At Home
List of ingredients:
- K&N’s Pepperoni Slices
- Potato 5 pcs
- chopped parmesan cheese 2 cups
- 3 tablespoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- Spinach 300g
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of chopped mozzarella cheese
Method of Making Scalloped Potato Roll:
Put olive oil and spinach in a pan and cover with a lid and cook until the spinach is shrinking. Now add salt, garlic powder and black pepper to it and mix well. Prepare K&N’s Pepperoni Slices according to the instructions on the packet. In a bowl whisk the cream cheese and prepared spinach and mix well. Now slice the potatoes.
Then place buttermilk paper in a tray and wipe the pampered cheese well. Now put the potato slices and the cheese on it and bake at 190’c for 22 minutes. Then place K&N’s Pepperoni Slices on baked potatoes and spread the spinach cheese on it. Now again put K&N’s Pepperoni Slices and mozzarella cheese on it and bake for 17 minutes at 170’c.
